REP Homes was conceived with the simple belief that the traditional real estate sales process may not be a “one size fits all” solution. After nearly 20 years of experience as a real estate sales agent and investor, founder Allen Davidheiser Jr saw the demand for an alternative to the conventional method of listing real estate for sale. Sellers were often frustrated with a lengthy and complicated sales process and headaches that can come as a result.

 

From a young age, Allen grew up in the world of real estate. He graduated from Penn State Smeal College of Business with a bachelor's degree in real estate and immediately went to work with the family real estate brokerage. Over the years, Allen worked closely with his broker/mentor/business partner/father Allen Davidheiser Sr. Together they grew the brokerage, engaged in over 50 rehab & development projects and built a thriving rental portfolio & management business.

 

REP Homes was established with the desire to utilize the extensive contacts and vast knowledge acquired by Allen and his team in way that benefits buyers, sellers, investors, and the communities they serve.
